Sat night, Christmas Eve, we will be having a warm welcome for all Christmas parents, shoppers, daters, dancers and partiers that are all done with all of the shopping, hastle, hustle and preparation and just want to sit down and unwind for a few hours before the big day. Both are correct. Stoked is playing with Whiskey Rebellion and Love Hate Thing for the Rock Me Don’t Shake Me – Musicians Against Child Abuse Event on April 21!

Do you have to be 21 to get into Breakaways if you want to just attend a concert that’s going on?
Yes, unless there is a special exception, like the Red Wanting Blue concert which was an all ages show, the vast majaroty of our shows are 21+.

The November 2nd Rehab concert, I live in Towson and they are my favorite band I’m 19 yrs of age could I be able to attend and just get a stamp or wristband at the door informing bartenders I’m not of age to drink? It would kill me to miss there performance since this is the only time there in MD

You will have to coordinate that with Calisus and the club owner in order to accomplish this.
The wife and I paid a visit to the funny money show on Saturday. We have been wanting to check break away 2 out for a while and Dean (the guitarist) is a good friend of mine. What better excuse to hit this rocking club up. First time experiencing a concert at breakaway 2. I will say definitely with 100% confidence this is a nice club where you would least expect it!! Nice light setup for the stage. The club is a nice size. It offers way more than just your typical club atmosphere. The bouncers are actually cool enough to carry on conversations. I DJ full time so I know how rare it is to find bouncers who are not road raging =P. My wife is 5 foot on the money and she usually has to fight to get a glimpse of the band but everyone was so cool that they didnt stand right in front of her and helped her get a good look at the band. We even got a free beer with the price of the cover. Now I don’t drink but you have got to say that is pretty nice right? If you have not checked out this place for concerts or anything for that matter. Do yourself a favour on your next bar night and hit break away 2 up. Just my two cents on your good time.

Doors will open around 6:00PM Bands will sound check between 7:00 and 8:00 and should start right aroung 9:00PM

There is an entertainment listing site out there where someone, not affiliated with Break Away II, is posting wishful listings. We have asked the company to close the listings but so far they have not acted upon our request.
There is also a poster on Facebook that has created an event for a tribute band in Feb that may have been rescheduled from an earlier cancellation, but this website has not received official notice of the booking at this time.
